My name is John :) My nickname to the world is Lieutenant Commander Data (you can guess whence that comes), and I am officially cesium_133 to BOINC (atomic clock, you know... they used to use that).
I am here to make a positive difference. I run 31 projects, all the active ones I could find. This includes the malarial studies, the benefits of which generally counter good natural selection and perpetuate a certain valine-based erythrocyte anomaly. You can figure out what I mean by that :) No matter- pure science is something I love, and so I will participate in anything that could be used for the good of man.
