A number of Users have been having Problems with Nvidia Graphics Card Driver. I have attempted to Update on several occasions, only to find that my Nvidia is Up To Date: Well, so the message informs me.
Anyway, I enquired at one of our Local Computer Stores Tecnichal department today, and I was told to UNINSTALL Nvidia, and REINSTALL The LATEST Version from Scratch; but do it from Nvidia's Official Website. I'm going to try try this suggestion, and if it seems to solve the Issue, I'll Post an Update on here ASAP. I'll wait until about a week after I Reinstall It, to give it a fair chance.

Just a quick Update:
I forgot to mention (above), although I have siscussed it in Other Message Forums, that D.E.P. (Data Execution Program) was Closing My NVIDIA Control Panel whenever I attempted to Open it (the Control Panel): It informed me that if ONE Program in Particular was Being Closed Down by D.E.P., that I should contact the Provider, to see if there was a Version Available that was Compatible with D.E.P..
I followed the Suggestion of The Tech Person I mentioned in above Paragraph, and I Uninstalled The Graphics Driver (V307.74 and the associated Update 1.10.8), and went to the NVIDIA CORPORATION website. Upon The Webpage Opening, My Computer IMMEDIATELY (on its own Accord), Installed a NVIDIA Graphics Driver which, however, was an Earlier Version (I think it was 306.97). This must have already been on my System, but apparently had not been Installed. I then UNSTALLED IT (V306.97 or whatever it was), and Restarted My PC (upon instruction), and then went back to NVIDIA website, and DOWNLOADED & INSTALLED (from scratch), Graphics Driver V307.7
This seems to have corrected the Issue. I can now OPEN NVIDIA Control Panel and I have adjusted Settings accordingly. I'm guessing that the problem was The Earlier Version was Conflicting because it was Incompatible with D.E.P..

I'll follow up with results later next week.
