I'm off to dinner in a bit. When I return, I expect either to see blood on the inside of the windows of the Cafe, or for everyone here to have made up and joined brotherly at the bar drinking milk. For you all to figure which way to go. I'm going for a different option. Laters. |

Or they decided to postpone weekly outage, due that problem with AP database. Eric did write in 9 Nov 2014, 0:15:29 UTC that fix is underway "but it's looking like we are only 1/8th of the way done after 24 hours. Until it's done we won't be able to generate Astropulse work." I'm just wild guessing that they can't do maintenance because of that. Or the replacement for Bruno isn't ready yet. |

SETI@home is temporarily shut down for maintenance. Please try again later. Lost it by couple seconds :) (minutes according to forum clock) This just shows us how dedicated staff at Seti@Home are to this project. In National Holiday they are still showing up to work things out. |

Joe posted that it's a holiday in the US of A - we might have to do it all again tomorrow... Nope, it isn't. There have been many private members bill over the years but none have passed. They may make it a federal holiday in the next year, but that would only effect federal employees and companies under federal regulations like banks. Each province determines which holiday is observed in its province. |
