Boinc always running and calculating !

I have a few questions : Is it possible to prevent BOINC to start automaticaly at linux startup ? Why doesn't Boinc stop calculating when I close the BOINC manager with Ctrl+Q ? (not Ctrl+W). (Of course I can kill the pid but it's a bit violent isn't it ?) Can I solve that problem ? Thank you for this helpful forum ! Guillaume ID: 28543 ·
