Keyboard detection of idleness works fine. I have my projects set to only run when idle, and it waits the requisite time after I press a key. Boinc will also suspend itself when I press a key. However, it doesn't seem to detect mouse movement at all. If I am just using the mouse, boinc will start itself automatically. Moving the mouse also does not make it suspend. Anyone else having these issues or have a solution? I'm using the latest Ubuntu packages, version 5.4.11 in the manager. Thanks!

Are you running Boinc in Wine? As Boinc 5.4.11 is only available for Windows.

The latest Linux version is 5.4.9

It turns out that the ubuntu packages have a different version numbering scheme, and include a extra patches. However, I wiped everything and tried again with the standard linux 5.4.9. It still has the issue I described.
