There's a verified workround at https://www.gpugrid.net/forum_thread.php?id=3846&nowrap=true#40528 - use the certificate bundle from v7.4.36

Or simply update to the current recommended BOINC version for your operating system.

Thank you Richard. I like my older Boinc version so I'll try the workaround when I get home

I've never stressed about projects being down....plenty of other stuff to do and a family to raise...and least of all--work.

Yes, the current disk space at the British Atmospheric Data Centre (BADC) is full. CPDN project staff have been notified, but they will need to persuade BADC staff to do some housekeeping before the storage facility can accept more uploads.

Meanwhile, the CPDN regional models should upload results to their respective regional upload servers without problems.

Thx for the update, Richard.

My great aunt Gré has also passed away, last night in her sleep. There's more mourning in our family.

So sorry Jord. We saw my mom tonight and she is more frail then my wife and I can ever remember seeing her.

Dr. Anderson never received your emails. They were probably caught by the anti-spam filter. If it's the same filter that Eric Korpela uses, you have to email him first with just a small email, wait for the answer from the spam filter, then email again with the answer from the filter that's in that email. Only then will you be on the 'allowed list' and can you email in full.

I have forwarded Dr. Anderson what you wrote, if you want to you can PM me your email address, so I can forward that to him and he can answer you in person. He always answers people in person, as long as they make it through the filter.

Thanks for clarifying, Jord...now go away will ya :)

Is it necessary a third email?

It is necessary to use snail mail or the telephone.

(You are assuming that your e-mail isn't sorting into a spam folder and being auto-deleted)

Gary-my experience has been that DA does respond to email if he cares to. I've had several email discussions with him. He prefers not to talk on the phone.
