Having reading about the theft of teams on various projects like what was posted in Stolen Team. I have a few suggesting to keep team ownership safe.

1. The founder has a has to enter a password to confirm removal of a member or when deleting the team.

2. The founder can nominate a deputy founder, and both the founder and deputy founder both need to confirm deletions.
The founder can change the deputy founder, but only when there are more than one deputy.

3. Sending an email to the founders email address, and the founder clicks a link to confirm the deletions.

The problem with all three suggestions is that the team founder has already been taken over by the other person, who can still do all those things.

I know that...I am just thinking it would good to stop it happening again in the future.

And of course, when the project administrators like yourself have...made sure all the team ownerships have been reset to how they should be, with the correct founders.

Also, Ageless doesn't have the power/privilege to change/reset team ownership.

To explain...

The only reason we have the tag is so we can ban spammers (and troublemakers). Jord and I are regular crunchers just like everyone else. We just happen to be a bit on the crazier side. OK, maybe I should just speak for myself. Jord seems to be pretty sane.
