I just wanted to state that I've been experiencing a similar problem since 6.2.11. BOINC will run fine for approximately 36 hours or so, and then all the WUs will start getting computational errors. Although in my case, closing the program and restarting it corrects the issue. I'm not sure if there's a specific project that's been triggering it or if it's just something that will happen after a certain number of hours no matter what's running. I was going to start just restarting the program each night at bedtime but so that I can provide more useful information to get it corrected I'll let it happen again so that I can try and pin down something specific about the cause. I'm running Windows Vista Ultimate 64 Bit. Here's a list of my hardware: Intel Core 2 Duo E6550, Gigabyte GA-P35-DS3L Rev. 2.0, 4GB of G.Skill PC6400 DDR2, 160 gigabyte WD SATA drive (with six other hard drives of varying sizes/makes), XFX 9600GT, powered by a Corsair 650 watt PSU. If there's any other information that may be of use, please let me know. |

I have this absen-file-Problem, too. System is Fedora 9. I've got that error only with QMC, Poem, Spinhenge or Superlinks works perfect. I tried stable boinc client and latest Beta with the same result |

I have this absen-file-Problem, too. Sounds like a project problem then. Please report it over on the QMC boards. Kathryn :o) |
