Hi,

I have been using BOINC okay, but the latest update has an issue which has caused me to uninstall BOINC.

Occasionally, I want to unload BOINC. I'd close the systray icon but BOINC etc would still keep running and I would have to close it down via task manager. I had it running @ 90% CPU on an i7 860.

Also, using my Google or yahoo login details does not seem to work here.

When I can close BOINC with less hassle, I'll reinstall it. I have three windows installs on this PC (Win 7 32 & 64 bit and XP 32bit) and all were the same.

Please upgrade to BOINC 6.12.33, which will have this problem fixed. You can find 6.12.33 as a development version at http://boinc.berkeley.edu/download_all.php. Even though it says development version, it's a fully working version, with lots of bug-fixes.
