Is there a way to attach to projects and only have them run if other projects are idle?

Currently the only projects I chose to run are both experience technical issues and I can't retrieve/send wu's. I would like to set up a sort of backup project/s that run during this idle time and then suspend when the other projects become active again.

I have version 5.10, Windows XP.

Weight = Resource share.

You set it in the project specific preferences on the project website.

Note that even if you create your account on the web and set the resource share before attaching, upon attaching, you'll request 1 second worth of work. That's 1 work unit. Depending on the project that can be a few minutes (even seconds) or a few months of work.
