I think that the 1st link called Boinc Manager should link to http://boinc.berkeley.edu/manager.php and not http://boinc.berkeley.edu/help.php

Or you guys should rename it to Boinc Manager Help and make a new menu with Boinc Help in general? Saying BOINC Manager implies launching of an app.
