= BOINC on Android testing = There are two levels of testing for BOINC on Android: * alpha (early-stage development versions) * beta (finished versions being tested for public release) Each level has a corresponding Google group. If you join the group, you'll automatically get that version when you install BOINC for Android. If no version is being tested, you'll get the production version. == Alpha Testing == 1. You'll need an account on the BOINC Alpha Test site to do this; contact Rom Walton or David Anderson for this. Note: the "Alpha" is a misnomer; this system is used for testing of release candidates, in particular the Beta version of the Android client.
