Never heard a word back, now how to fix my PC after that shitty program, worse than any malware, maybe sending lawyers to Berkeley would help? No responsibility at all from them when it comes to support!

Very helpful (and this from a total novice on texts who sent him the same message about 4 times before I realised how it all worked!!!!) He had the patience to deal with me - very impressed! Sorry, Thanar - but I would recommend you to everyone!
