1) Message boards : BOINC client : For when BOINC for the AMD64? (Message 657)

If I understand it correctly... There isn't much of a difference of the productivity of a 64 bit vs a 32 bit when it comes to BOINC.. So I don't think that they are going to do it.. I could be wrong tho.

Is it possible to run more than one project at a time? According to the manager the resource share is divided equally however only one runs at a time?

Only one WU can be run per processor.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy so I can go back to it? The download page was replaced with 5.1.1 which I don't like.
4) Message boards : BOINC Manager : (alpha/beta) Boinc 5.1.1 problems (Message 138)

I've tried CC5.1.1 for about 30 minutes, but had to return to the 4.72 client since all public projects were timing out on the Major change and needing a 4.xx client.

The time out for uploading and downloading work has increased dramatically.
Downloads timed out after 3 to 6 minutes. (was in 4.72 1 to 2 minutes)
Uploads timed out after 3 to 4 minutes. (was in 4.72 1 to 2 minutes)

Get 3 failed uploads/downloads in a row and the message would change to:
{---} Couldn't connect to hostname {setiboincdata.ssl.berkeley.edu}

That aside, I found that 5.1.1 resets all the No New Work options I set on the various projects I am attached to. It set them all to Allow work, plus I couldn't set the NNW option again.

Also, the change detection says it's version 5.01 .. is that correct?

I noticed the no new work problem as well. :(
