I check each website these days, they do have a page with statistics. But all of these pages are no formal enough and cannot prove that I do have done it, even the existence of the website is doubtful. I can just use PS or WORD to make something like this speedy too.
It's hard to use this pages without "formal authorization" to prove…(SIGH)

我来自中国，也是一名大学生。据我所知，很多学校都要求学生们做公益活动。
如果BOINC或其他项目组可以提供打印表单之类的功能来记录个人的成就，并能被校方认可这样的公益活动，学生们在了解之后必然会涌入，并通过这个工作完成他们的公益——因为这是如此的简单而有效。每个人都可以利用自己的空闲时间献出爱心，并即时记录。同时，一个正式感的证书也可以激励我们，把这项活动坚持下去。这不需要太复杂，仅仅是一个证书页面，带有数据统计和授权的认证。

但是，这或许需要BOINC或是项目组的协助——提供一个公益活动的证明。如果可以的话，我也会尽我所能把这项公益推荐给我的朋友们。

I come from China, am also a college student. As far as I know, many schools require students to do public welfare activities.
