Anything I try to access at berkeley.edu either takes minutes to load, or times out altogether. All my other reference sites are working fine, as are U/L and D/L. Anybody else? Heard anything?

As of a couple ago, back up.

Still can't report, cricket still flatlined. But I'm not going to worry until after 5PM in Berkeley.

Getting the "down for maintenance" message. SSP shows lots of "disabled", no DB access.

<EDIT> and can't reach forums, SSP, etc.

Yup, something crashed and burned badly.

Uploads go through OK. Maybe they're just rebooting things for some reason.

7) Message boards : Questions and problems : Under-reported Memory (Message 31914)

Came across an unusual (for me, anyway) discrepancy in 6.10.18.

There has always been 6GB DDR3 memory in my 980 rig, and Boinc has always reported it as such. This morning, satisfied that this relatively new build was stable, I enabled XMP mode on the memory, boosting it from 1067mhz to 1866mhz. Everything (BIOS, CPUZ, etc.) still recognizes 6GB of 1866 memory, but Boinc now says there is only 4GB physical memory.

It's more a curiosity than a problem, as there is no apparent performance degradation, but I'm wondering if this is something anyone else has encountered, and/or if it is a known "bug" .
