From Boinc Manager:
1 - click on Projects (drop down menu}
2 - Click on Attach To Project
3 - Follow the instructions that appear

If it is of any help, I have created a set of instructions in my BOINC miniFAQ: 10 Frequently Asked Questions / Common Problems, in particular section 1. entitled 1. How do I set up Seti@Home (or any other Boinc project). The urls for a number of the most common projects are also provided.
