(Message 1975) Posted 16 Dec 2005 by Lin Post: I have just recently installed the new BOINC software to run SETI, but I think I have a problem with it. I had the old SETI set up to run as a screensaver, and it worked very fast with no problems. This new program certainly seems to have advantages (I like the climate prediction addition), but I can't seem to get it to run except when I run it with the manager. Have I missed something I should have installed, or is there a setting I have missed? I would really appreciate any help as I do feel that these projects are all iimportant. Thanks, Lin.
