1) Message boards : Questions and problems : Seeking my old BOINC account. (Message 30534) Posted 15 Jan 2010 by lennybjerke Post: ADMINISTRATIVE HELP PLEASE! I recently had to get a new computer after many years with my old one. I had Seti running in the background for nearly 5 years. I went to log in and download to my new machine. Naturally, I am unable to locate my PW and UN since they were all stored on my old computer and now inaccessable (just call me stupid). So I tried to have my sign in info emailed to me, BUT all the email addresses I have used was not found by BOINC (WHY ???). So now I am in a quandry. Do I make use of my new account and start all over, or do I hope that an ADMINISTRATOR will see this plea for assistance? I am unable to locate a contact BOINC link anywhere on the site. Any help in this matter will be greatly appreciated. Lenny B
