What project are you running? I know some projects, like SRBase, has issues with running more than one card per host. There are work arounds for this, but it's not easy to get it setup and working correctly. Some projects also do not stress a GPU to 100%. If that's the case here, then running two tasks per GPU will usually allow the GPU to be utilized 100%. Just make sure it benefits you when doing this as some projects will take longer to run 2 tasks at once then running 2 tasks back to back. |

So I have a user with an interesting problem. He has two CPIDs and both CPIDs have multiple projects attached to them. https://stats.free-dc.org/userbycpid/c4179bdd8b8b5c27f52e9e2cdbd88efd https://stats.free-dc.org/userbycpid/59b323ba75ad1cb75d5af2bc3fbe4958 Will he be able to correct this problem by attaching all active projects to a single host and letting it run for a little while? Trying to find out now if he is using the same email address on all the projects. If he is NOT using the same email, is it possible to change the email so all projects have the same? (for active projects) |

I did some reading about the proof of ownership. However, I was not able to find any projects that even support it or have it enabled. Glad to know Minecraft@home does so I can look into that. As for the Gridcoin thing, that's a good idea. I wonder if they'd be willing to share the code they use to make that happen. |

I am creating a BOINC stats competition web site and have some obstacles that I could use some help with. Each user who participates in this competition will need to sign up/register to join. However, I have no way of knowing the person registering is actually the person's CPID they're claiming. Is there a way I can confirm this? |
