(Message 25277) Posted 7 Jun 2009 by Fredster Post: I'm really hoping this will be available soon:-) I'm no gamer nor do i use/need a powerful GPU, but i will so get one when the ATI's are supported. I've been wanting and planning the setup for a while, so if Boinc 6.8 is out sometimes (before) next fall i'll be happy! The new 40nm ATI GPU's are being released (>4770), Windows 7 (Oct.) and some interesting stuff are happening at AMD and Intel due for Q3-> But it's been quite nervwrecking to wait:-) But i'm sure it'll all be worth it! Till then, i'll just let my "old" iMac do some crunching:-)
