Why not simply set the computing preferences regarding network usage to:
- Use the network for one hour only
- Set max. download and upload rate to a combined 5 Kbytes/sec (4 down + 1 up or 3 down + 2 up)
This way it'll stay below 20 Mb a day.

My Q8300 stays busy about 18 hours and gets work in and out in half an hour on my trusty 56k modem, but that really depends on the projects you connect to.
I wouldn't recommend choosing projects based purely on network usage; rather choose some you believe to be worth your time and see how they use your bandwidth.

I try to use this configuration 1hour 5 Kbytes of bandwitch but program use internet connection without use my configuration. Do you know a program that controll amount of mb that an application can use?

20 Mb are for both things. My telephone provider company impose a limit of 20 Mb but I'd like, anyway, to give my little contribution
