I just asked that question to Skillz. The WCG files are not being updated yet

BOINC is just the infrastructure (the "I" in BOINC to allow users to communicate with 1 or many projects. It eliminates just what you're trying to do, connect individually to each project.

Side note. Why is the BOINC acronym not anywhere on the front page

One project does not affect another. A PC can have ALL projects added.

You don't need to install BOINC a 2nd time. You can start up another client with another rpc port and data directory. I wrote a guide over at OCN years ago on it.

That's an E@H Android ARM app. Is that simulation running on an x86 CPU? The one time I ran an Android emulator on a desktop, I ran an Android x86/64 app

There are instructions at BOINC Central project forums. The only open project to use Docker.

I'd love if a Linux version was made. Most of my compute is under Linux so it's taking quite some time to reach credit goals for this project with only Windows.

You already started a thread at LHC, where this question should have been asked first.

None of those projects have GPU work or are down. Check the project sites, not here.

In reply to Dr Who Fan's message of 25 Sep 2025:
Gerasim is a huge mess!
Overall a total of 37,999,977,848 credit was wiped out on Gerasim for everyone.

For anyone that wants to follow along with the GERASIM f*ck-up here is a link at the NumberFields@home project where there is ANGRY PEOPLE giving SerVal (Gerasim admin) HE77 for running the project mostly on a RAM DISK!

Quite exaggerated from the one doing the all caps at WUProp that made Seb think about quitting.

If the server dies it dies and like any other project the only thing left of a dead project is the record on stats sites. Which can be fixed.

If you're not running BOINC Central or LHC Dev, docker is not needed. The projects in your log have had little to no work. WCG is down, Rosetta and GPUGrid have no work atm. SiDock has not had work in months. Try another project.

Server status shows they as all gone.

I haven't seen them use 25GB yet, usually somewhere in the teens of GB. It does vary a lot. Each BOINCTask interval update it can vary a couple GB up and down so the memory transfer systems are getting a workout too. I don't recall any kind of BOINC app vary so much in memory usage across the run time. 7950x 1d3hr clock time, 3d5 CPU time 18% completed.

CDPN has had no available work for several days but I've also seen the client act pretty dumb with zero tasks running and not download work. It can sometimes take several attempts.
Does this work fetch issue as previously described show up on any other projects you are attached to on this computer when work is available?

If so, please post details here and hopefully one of the BOINC Developers will chime in.
I have seen this occasionally on different clients from me, starting with BOINC 8.x.x and on different projects, mostly with starting Formular-Boinc-Sprints. Then I never had the time to follow up this problem

This is pretty much my situation too with suspending work to be under my work buffer limit or even no work buffer. The client would still need multiple communication attempts with another project server to actually download work. It's like the client is still working off an old status and won't tell the new project to send work. Doing this with CDPN is just more of a pia due to the 10min delay between updates.
