Start BOINC core client without manager and not as service
(Message 24029)
Posted 31 Mar 2009 by retek Post: Hi everyone. I'd like to do this on my brother's laptop with windows vista on: - start boin core client *not* as a service to use CUDA. - don't start boinc manager and looks boinc "transparent" to him :) I know boinc manager start from the "Run" section of the win-reg, and the manager then fire the boin core client. Is there any work-around to start directly the core client? best regards michele |
