This phenomenon is on five Win11pro and one Win11 Workstation. Cache is Not overloaded. One Intel all other are AMD Systems. Never seen with older OS.

Boincmanager is sometime disconnected, or every second reporting - Not responding.
After deleting in Taskmanager and restarting the App Boincmanager again, for a few minutes running well.

This message can be ignored, because of a faulty info from the Boinc-Server of WCG.

But, Boinc allowed only http:// and not https:// in 7.16.11 for this project to be added.
