1) Message boards : Server programs : How to use BOINC project? (Message 61821) Posted 23 Apr 2015 by alex Post: Hi there I've downloaded BOINC git repo, installed software(all parts including client, server and so on), create a project with make_project script with test app(I passed --test_app to script) and now want to launch test app and emulate real using of BOINC server. But I don't understand how to do this. I've copied a client directory from repo directory to project directory and attach to the project by launching boinccmd. Also I don't understand how to log in into server as administrator. Can you give some short tutorial what to do next? P.S.:I work on Linux(Ubuntu 14.04) Thank you in advance.
