1) Message boards : Questions and problems : BOINC on a thumbdrive (Message 20570) Posted 29 Sep 2008 by KEIKO Post: I have a work desktop that requires admin priviledges to install software. However, software that communicates to servers transparently are prohibited (DoD) so BOINC is a no-no. Can I run BOINC, especially World Community Grid on a thumbdrive and send the results at work or by taking it home where I have BOINC on both my personal laptop and desktop? Thanks
