This is from an attempt to uninstall or install the latest version of BOINC with VirtualBox or Without on Windows 10 Pro, x64. The existing BOINC Manager is 7.16.7 (x64), wxWidgets version 3.0.1. The Windows 10 is Windows 10 Pro version 2004.

I have verified that the firewall is not blocking.

I have refreshed user group policy.

I have administrator privileges.

Does the user "boinc_project" need administrative privileges?

I have used BOINC for many years, but this is a new Windows 10 system. Trying to set it up here.
