- Which OS you're using.
- Which BOINC version.
- How you installed BOINC (Protected or not protected mode).
- Which projects you are attached to.
- What make and model of video card you use. (plus if possible driver version, Directx version etc.)



+1 same problem, goes to screen saver, is doing it's thing, but when move mouse, locks up and have to turn off.

XP pro SP2
boinc 6.2.18
not sure if protected or not, have re-installed but to no avail
rosetta, seti, einstein, lhc
radeon 9550 driver 6.14.10.6546
direct x 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

think that's about it!

hi all

old seti @ home user from a while ago, then it changed to boinc, found it a major pain to sign up for multiple things, having to make multiple accounts on differing web sites, too much, just want a simple tick box, with a amount of time to allocate to it, don't spose boinc has gone this way yet ?

want to help, but i'm simple! like things easy!
