However when I restart the computer it asks User Account Control "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" Boinc Client Software Then BOINC Manager - Daemon Start Failed Boinc Manager is not able to start Boinc client Please launch the Control Panel, Administrative Tools , Service app...... Looking in Services there is a BOINC service set to Automatic but not running. Log on as: .\boinc_master
