1) Message boards : BOINC Manager : BOINC ignores CPU limits (Message 54233) Posted 22 May 2014 by onenterframe Post: I've seen the same threads from years and years ago and it looks like BOINC just doesn't care. The % CPU time and the % processors in the manager preferences are completely ignored. It always makes me just turn the program off because I'm not going to bother.
