I am using BOINC vs. 5.10.45 and Windows XP-Pro on a laptop. Sometimes when the screen saver is running (I'm using Seti@home)and I move the mouse to start work again, the Seti app stops, I can see the mouse pointer moving, but the graphics remain on the screen. I cannot get the graphics to disappear CTL-ALT-DEL does nothing, and I have to hold the power switch down to shut down the laptop and reboot. Anybody else have this problem, or is it just me? Sam |
