I've been using Boinc for a while now, and I notice my computer runs quite slowly when Boinc is using 100% of my CPU when I'm using the computer at the same time. So I would like to let it use, say, 50% of CPU when I'm not idle, but 100% of CPU when I've been idle for 1 min. Would it be possible to add that kind of functionality?
