Since the last update to 7.16.5 I've noticed that any transfers up and down are not being recorded in the log file.

From my memory, no, there were no errors in there. Its last message was windows has resumed operations or something like that.

A few times since I installed v7.16.5 I've started it up as normal and the current task just stays on "Waiting To Run" status. I have to close the BOINC Manager and start it again and it'll run.

Good Point. Don't think I usually go as low as 15 minutes. I've upped to 30 minutes. I'm just used to seeing things move between projects more. Maybe I've just got a project running without checkpoints.

Excellent! I could use my data partition instead of system drive.

I guess default is C:\ProgramData\BOINC?

Can I change that after BOINC already installed and it'll shift it, or is it a uninstall, copy/paste, install job?

Had to rebuild my Windows 10 OS with latest Insider Build and thus had to create a new set of preferences again.

Which reminds me, can I save my local pref file somewhere else to use again?

Anyhow, I told Boinc to swap tasks every 15 minutes but it's ignoring me and keeps running same task, so I guess I've done something stupid again. Help :)

Have I gone mad? Since I installed 7.6.6 it's running two projects at the same time but I'm sure before it only ran one at a time. I can't find anywhere to tell it to only run one project at once?

I did download the app a few weeks later and have been running it fine since. The odd occasion it will just 'stop' and the process is gone but mostly it works fine.

Is there anywhere that explains more about how this combo of Boinc and VirtualBox works, it's setup and performance on the computer it runs on? What level of control do we have over what uses virtualbox or do we have to decide to use virtualbox for some projects?
