There are no notices in the notice tab. Nothing is showing in projects, tasks, transfers or stats. I doubt my PC specs are the problem here. Intel/i7 920/OCed at 3.2Ghz, Ati /5900 series/ 12 GB of RAM, Win Vista 64 bit

I haven't had a new windows installation since 09. Recently I noticed my screen saver was telling me that there were no active projects. So I opened my manager and saw there was nothing listed. When I go to tools and try to add a project, nothing happens. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the client and it hasn't fixed the problem. Any ideas? Not sure what happened or what else to do. Thanks in advance.
