Posted 14 Feb 2013 by emiswelt Post: Hello, I published my source code for a simplified Boinc GUI RPC client written in C# on codeplex: https://boincguirpc.codeplex.com/ I am asking for your help to review and/or test the API, especially getting and setting preferences and project information. Furthermore I am asking for some documentation of the members in the result class, since I am a little confused about the meaning of the values and I was not able to find documentation. If you have any corrections or suggestions, feel free to write me on codeplex or send me a mail. Best regards |

Customizing Boinc version 7 installer
(Message 47738)
Posted 14 Feb 2013 by emiswelt Post: Good day, I tried to use the instructions at https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Creating_custom_installers to customize the version 7 installer (boinc_7.0.28_windows_intelx86) on Windows. Sadly some of the properties, like ENABLELAUNCHATLOGON, LAUNCHPROGRAM and SETUPTYPE are missing. Is there any recommended way around this issue? Best regards |

Boinc GUI RPC - check whether project has been suspended
(Message 46935)
Posted 29 Dec 2012 by emiswelt Post: Hello, I am developing a simplified .NET 2.0 version of the Boinc GUI RPC api. I want to make it open source when it is finished. Since I am currently implementing project_op features like suspending or resuming the project, I wanted to know how to check whether a project is already suspended, since ther is no corresponding property in the PROJECT struct. With best regards, emi |
