I followed this tutorial http://boinc.berkeley.edu/trac/wiki/QuickStart to setup my own BOINC server with test app. All installation was successful. Then i was trying to add the test project to my client and recieved "permanent http error". I went to the server apache access log and saw that client was requesting rpc.php from root directory via POST. My test project doesn't have this file thats why server returns 404 error. I don't understand - where is the problem? Thank you.
