Thank you. I did not know that SETI was no more. Sorry about that. I guess none of my segments found any signs of intelligent life out there (let alone down here).

I am running Win 10 pro for SETI and have run SETI for well over a decade w/o any problems until now. The machine is more than capable and has been rebooted, once in general and once for a system update, with no observable effect.

I was trying to update BOINC for SETI. I got a message that it could not install the updated version because it was looking for a file (1) on the disk, which didn't exist. 1 apparently was BOINC.msi. i tried multiple attempts at delete, with different programs, but it would not delete for the same reason. I tried cleaning the cache but was unable to figure out how to do this after multiple attempts. I then went to the stdoutdae.txt file and found the most recent install attempt was 7.10.2. and went to the library to find it and reinstall with the repair feature. That install (correct version according to txt file) did not show any repair option and again failed with same error. I also tried with the previous version 7.6.22 with same result.

Any help would be most appreciated.
