Until three days ago I saw them but since I upgraded they have disappeared. I tryed to unistall and reinstall from fedora repos but nothing to do, only the same window

I use boinc for a long time but since yesterday i cannot change my global preferences... The menù "advanced" isn't visible like other menùs, i can only change betwen "Projects, Transfer, Messages,Statics..." voices of boinc projects... Sorry for my bad english Thanks a lot for now
