  • Fix: Numerous CPU/GPU scheduling fixes

Is it described somewhere how the scheduling is supposed to work?
The reason for asking is that I want to help reporting observed issues, but since I don't know how it is supposed to work, it is difficult to determine what is important in such reports.
With the 6.10.58 version and just having one CPU project, orbit, which was and still is down, I noticed the BOINC app not prioritize working on the tasks according to their deadling, but instead set some tasks to "high priority". This resulted in BOINC to postpone tasks it was working on and start woring on tasks with a longer deadline. Fortunately, this computer was able to do all tasks within 24 hours of the deadline of the latest task. There are circumstances around this issue probably is significant to explain why this behaviour occurred, but I can't list all of them here. However, if I had known which circumstances that play a role in the scheduling, I could list those and you could probably have found the cause for this issue.
