I attached BOINC to Rosetta using my cross project id, but the CPU usage is never more than 0%. Is anything wrong?

I have the same problem. When it was yesterday or 2 days ago the stats was normal, but today when I checked my ranking I found I was "seperated" because of 2 different CPIDs.

I registered all the projects with the same e-mail, but they generated different CPID (Cross-project ID) for me, and my stats are seperated. But https://boinc.berkeley.edu/wiki/Cross-project_identification says “Accounts on different projects are considered equivalent if they have the same email address”, which is obviously not the case I've encountered.

I am running BOINC 7.16.5 x64 on Windows7, with PrimeGrid project attached. When not snoozing GPU, my computer's too laggy to use, but snoozing it wastes a lot of computing power. So is there any way to limit the GPU usage to, say, 90%, without snoozing it?

I love this project but it's a pity it takes no GPU share. It runs on my Windows and Android producing a lot of heat making me sweaty.
