Running version 6.2.19 on a new laptop and keep getting 'computational error' on SETI & Climateprediction.net WUs. Running this version on another desktop and an earlier version on another desktop, all three are AMD 64x2 processors on Vista but neither of the two desktops have a problem. The laptop is the only one that ever goes into sleep mode, could this be the problem?

Ah, I see. I've rebooted my machines and can see in Task Manager that the work units are being processed even though BM isn't running. I hadn't realised that it's the service that does the heavy lifting. Thanks.

5.10.19 has issues.

I'd roll back to the latest stable or last alpha until we hear from Rom.

I have a similar problem with Vista, running BOINC as a service, I have entered valid Admin passwords on two machines during the install but after a reboot I get a notification that Windows has blocked a start up program and I have to go in and run the service via the notifications area icon for the blocked program. It doesn't ask for another password or to be run using another administrator's account. I'm running v5.10.20 which was the version provided via the download link on the home page.
