Thank you Keithsplace and Claggy.

I had to reinstall BOINC Manager, and it's now starting at switch-on.

I'm running SETI on Windows 10. I recently noticed that BOINC Manager doesn't appear in the task bar any more, and I have to start it from the Start/Programs list.

I have no idea where to look or what to look for to fix this problem

Does anyone know what the trouble may be?

If there is such a board, where is it? If there isn't one, which is the appropriate board on which to post relevant questions?

These notices are of no interest to me. Is there any way of removing the Notices tab from BOINC Manager, or, better still, stopping them from being received?

Well, is your computer date correct these days?

Yes, of course it is. I'm no genius but I'm not stupid either.

You could try to edit the the file and take out the last entry.

Would you tell me how to do that please? The file's content is:

11) Message boards : BOINC Manager : Statistics graph date range (Message 10694)

Post:
Unitl recently the Statistics graph displayed from a previous date (I think it was a month ago) to current-date. It now displays from yesterday until one month in the future.

I have reset the computer's date once or twice trying to overcome a date limit in FlightSim Manager, but that's another story. I wonder if it is that which has apparently messed up BOING Statistics view?

Whatever the reason, how can I reestablish the view to which I am accustomed?
