1) Message boards : BOINC client : Optimized Client (Message 9574) Posted 14 Apr 2007 by Trekkie_SG9 Post: I have seen people mention "Optimized Clients" in several places, but have not been able to find a good explanation of what this means. Would anyone care to explain?

2) Message boards : BOINC Manager : Controlling Project Length (Message 9559) Posted 13 Apr 2007 by Trekkie_SG9 Post: Is there a way in which the user can determine the maximum length the projects they receive can be? For exmple: only allow 1000hr (or less) climateprediction models to be sent to their computer? This way, massive projects won't be given to users who have either slow computers, or who have computers that are turned on only part of the day.
