how about reinstalling the software again, and reattach to the projects?

i dont know if u will lose (a lot of)work but i think that would be easier

Hi

ive been with the project from (way) before the BOINC time....
When BOINC came, i remember reading something about the updating of the software would go automatic and easier.

Yet i still have to update BOINC manager manually, accidently finding out that im behind several versions every time i check the site.

Why is the BOINC manager not updating automaticly?
Will it update automaticly in future versions?
