1) Message boards : BOINC Manager : Problems installing 5.4.11 Windows XP (Message 5985) Posted 12 Oct 2006 by Michael DiDonato Post: I have a user account on my system without admin privledges. Trying to install the client tells me that these are required for the install. If I install with "Run As" using an admin account everything is fine and works. But after the system reboots it does not work anymore, as I assume it was installed under the admin account which I cannot use on a daily basis. Is there any way around this?
