1) Message boards : Questions and problems : Unable to connect to the core client from different computers (Message 90931) Posted 5 Apr 2019 by wadx Post: I am fully aware that the above mentioned topic was fully discussed on multiple occasions in this forum and elsewhere. However, even after performing most of the recommended steps (making firewall expedition, etc.), I am still facing the same problem on 2 different PCs on the same network. Note that the first run of the BOINC client was perfectly smooth. It's after shut-downing both PCs and turning them again that the connection problem started.
