1) Message boards : BOINC Manager : BOINC 5.4.9 is released (Message 5120) Posted 26 Jul 2006 by robert Post: I am running Bionic 5.4.9 on WINXP Pro SP2, 2.8G Intel with 512MB ram. Like BalboaCZ i am having the similar problem as he is. When the screen saver kicks in all I get is the bionic logo with a percntage graphic or a blank screen. How do I get the screen saver to show the correct graphic of the globe etc.? This is happens to SETI, Einstien, Predictor, and the BBC Climate Change Experiment as well when the screen saver kicks in. The "show graphics" option from the B-manager does not even show the graphics when it is avalible, this is 100% of the time. Even on tasks where it had been previously avalible. This has happened only since i started to run Boinc 5.4.9 after i updated to this version from the previous one. Any ideas on how to make screen saver mode work 100% of the time? Please, no work arounds that entail disabling or curtailing the screen saver.
