I've run BOINC for years on Win7 machines and never noticed this issue. Which is not to say it wasn't there. As an experiment I'll turn off Milkyway and see if the other projects work as I've expected. Thanks.

(Message 87967) Posted 7 Sep 2018 by wjm Post: I just started running Windoze 10 on a Compaq Elite 8100 with Core I5 processor , and downloaded the latest BOINC version 7.12.1 (x64). It seems to run properly, tasks are downloaded (from Milkyway@home) and run to 100% completion (I've saved screen shots). But they sit there for some indefinite period of time "Ready to report". Later I check back and that task has disappeared, but the "Transfers" tab doesn't show anything was transferred. And the computation time has not updated for days. As I say, this is a new installation on a new computer, and I'm new to Widoze 10. So am I overlooking some configuration setting? I've left the "Daily schedules" page totally blank on the theory that lets it run anytime I'm not using the machine myself. Log is attached below.
