Edit: White characters displayed in the projects window. But I don't know how to do it again. Now normal black. I will make a new thread if it appears again and if I understand how it appends.

When I double-click on 7.16.2 "BOINC Installer.app", a pop-up window appears saying Apple can not verify the app.

How can Install BOINC 7.16.2? Only with a command "sudo spctl --master-disable"?
There is no explanation about this into the readme.rtf file.

For me you are right. The app is not sexy enough, but I think the programmers are equally not enough. I know this is a pain for the MacOS version.

Ironically, I just see that the BOINC icon is pretty nice in the Safari browser!

The BOINC menu bar icon for macOS is really awful in the Dark Mode of Mojave…



Because the current one was drawn for a white background.



Is it possible to have another icon displayed in dark mode, to add support for Mojave?
Or at least please a simple gray color of the icon? It will be more convenient.

I write about a localized version, the French version.
I write here for convenience in English but the menus appears of course in French.

When you click on "Tools Menu", then "Add a project..."
And then you click on Cancel button, you see below that the two buttons are not in French (not "Non" and "Oui" but in English "No" and "Yes").
